You play beautifully, thanks for posting. I've been playing Carolan's 179 as rendered by El McMeen, but I like yours as it makes better use of the open strings - hence more harp-like sustain. Do you have a tab for this one? Thx! Blarney Player
Thanks Kiowa22, I arranged this piece much like the last piece of the "Six anonymous pieces of the renaissance" for classical guitar [with a little bit of Bach minuet thrown in]. I'll post the notation/tab on my website (hillgrovemusic -add the w's and dot com) within the next week or so. I like the El McMeen's version too; I just wish it wasn't in such an odd tuning.
