  • Black Milk>>>Black Melt

The singing just doesn't fit as well with the new sample. I love this song too.

  • Los musicos de hoy hutilisan a los Maestros de ayer.

  • Massive Attack was betta!!!

  • I still think Massive Attack made good use of it and put killer vocals to it.

It's not like Kanye deliberately ripping off Daft Punk and not getting his ass sued.

  • @superjesus302 Well to be fair, they gave him permission to sample the song & worked on it with him so it's not really a rip off . Not saying this is either, Massive sampling this was genius .

  • @superjesus302

i think that Kanye West just did a legal cover of Harder Better Faster Stronger.

Daft Punk probably would've sued if it were unauthorized

  • @gmilf71 they gave him permission i guess the fray did an illegal version of heartless

  • @gmilf71 Doubt it, Daft Punk would be pretty hypocritical to sue IMO.

  • This could be Portishead as well, very atmospheric. Naughty Massive Attack! How could they think they'd get away with it?

  • "Then Manfred Mann sued them!" They couldn't ask him for permission? Anyway samples always was in electronic music, so i dont see reason to sue. Just big apologise

  • apparantly Manfred and Massive Attack settled out of court...120.000 punds sterling roumers say...

  • Great loop. Massive Attack recycled it very well. Even a bit more groovy than the original in my opinion.

  • I had this record as a teen (b-side of Living Without You). Played it endlessly. Thanks for posting this one!!!

  • does anyone know of a song called Road to Babylon? Give me the thumbs up AFTER you hear it... pretty epic, long live the Mann!

  • Yes, On the Road to Babylon from the album The Roaring Silence, 1976. It contained the no1. in the USA hit Blinded by the Light as well.

  • Great to see another Earth Band video...they're the best!

  • the pictures came almost by itself!

'Tribute' and 'As above so below' are the Earthband-works I like the most, they have a high inspirational value.

  • this sounds like movie-music
