It was the best Christmas and birthday gift I had ever received. To have my only child begin remission. We now have to monitor her for Leukemia because the chemo she was on can cause Leukemia. She has taught me how to love and to care and every day with her is a precious gift. I am happy you are having your ports removed! My daughter's was left in so they could easily draw blood but in April of '09 she got a staph infection so she spent another week in the hospital. I wish the best for you. Stay
