I've always tried to figure out the time signature of this piece....any ideas?

7/8 in a 3+2+2 split (accent on 1st, 4, and 6th notes in the measure). a few 5/8's thrown in there, the middle section with violin is mostly 9/8 in 2+2+2+3 split with a 3/4 in there. Just count it out methodically and you will get it.
