Imagine, all those moral things without believing in a religion. How'd that happen? @93myname WOW praise God for your repentance, i ask the lord that the Holy spirit fill the spaces in you that you give to him and to unhinder you from any evil force. It is bound in the blood of Jesus and cast away, in the name of Jesus. Amen I have just done the same thing this last week, isnt God great to receive us when we are contrite and mean business :)

I've come to the conclusion that #1 Samuel needs to get a life, #2 NO WAY does Sam know squat about the Bible or the Catholic religion, #3 Sam is saying to someone 'watch me get all the people stirred up on here' & then writes garbage to entertain his/her buddies, #4 Sam's picked up some Mormon or Satanic Bible by mistake, & #5 This song performed by Chrystal Lewis makes putting up with Sam worth it! lol :)

mr samuel17517, i think you need to read your bible... John 3:17 says that God sent His son not to condemn the world but through Christ be saved and have everlasting life in heaven. JESUS DIED FOR ALLL SINS!!!! He came for you and me and the people who divorced. My mother is a God fearing woman and she has divorced three times. the men were either beating her or hurting my siblings and i. The bible says a person can divorce with proper reasonings. So open your bible and stop beliveing the devil!

@LawmanBarneyFife When Jesus challenged God by changing his covenants, God was not happy about this. God said it's OK to stone a person to death, Jesus said no. "Cast the first stone"...remember? Then God told Cain he can have sex with his mother or his sister & also her Grandson Enoch. Later on the Great Grandsons were allowed to have sex with Adam's & Eve's daughters. Jesus was unhappy with that. That's why the Catholic Church would not sanction it. God killed Jesus to save the world.

Oh, & as for 1 Corinthians 7:8, again you are totally misreading it.It just says if you are not fulfilled living your life as a single Christian, esp if you can't remain celibate, then get married. Further down it discourages anyone from leaving a spouse. It doesn't, however, say you are doomed & going to hell. The very man writing 1 Corinthians was murdering Christians before his life was CHANGED. I guess Paul is doomed then for murdering? Then why did Jesus even bother with him here on Earth?

Luke 20: 34,35 has NOTHING to do with going to heaven if you have been divorced. Besides there is NO divorce here. She is widowed 7 times. They are asking Jesus when they ALL - meaning 7 brothers and the widow - get to heaven, who will be her husband there? So I'm not real sure from what Bible you are reading, but apparently it's wrong. I think you are a hoax on here just trying to upset good Christian folks because I have too many awesome Catholic friends, and their beliefs aren't yours.

Divorced people aren't going to heaven? Reach salvation through a priest? If these things were true, Jesus' death on the cross was in vain. Jesus didn't come to this Earth to correct God, he came to this Earth to fulfill God's plan.
