I think that you reaction is not fully correct. Fe2O3 only forms when you combust iron in limited amount of oxygen. In this scenario when Iron is burnt in excess amount of oxygen, the product would be Fe3O4 (FeO.Fe2O3). Anyway, that was a nice vid! Thanks for uploading this.

at the bottom there is H2O2, normally used to bleach "hair". It develops pure oxygen O, which is aggressive to nearly everything (including color in Hair ;)

@Oz941 Actually breathing pure oxygen will kill you in the long run, but not in a typical "toxic" manner. It's a matter of your lungs not being able to handle it
