There are things I don't understand about the validity of the DNA test. If somebody intends to kill, he or she could easily get DNA samples from the hair or skin of somebody else or even from animals whose DNA make-up are similar to humans, and purposely put them in the crime scene, in order to mislead investigators. There are crimes whose perpetrators are obvious to me and I think the police relies too much on hardcore evidence, like fingerprints and DNA.

A grand jury did fail to indict Patsy Ramsey because the evidence against her was circumstantial. HOWEVER... all of that circumstantial evidence points to one person. Patsy Ramsey. I have been reading Death of Innocence everyone should take the time to read this book. I personally think it was an intruder because JonBenet was: stungunned, bound, ducktaped, strangled, struck with a blunt object in the head and violated sexually on Christmas! It's too heinous and I don't think the Ramseys would go to such evil depths! Use your common sense people! Some how, some way, HE knew The Ramsey's. He had to know they would be at that Christmas party. He knew he had enough time to sit down & eat pineapple if he was the one that gave Jonbenet a piece. He had the house to himself.
He could have been dressed up as Santa Clause & Jonbenet was waiting for Santa to come to her house. Perhaps that is why she never screamed.

The ransom note asked for the same amount John Ramsey recently received as a bonus...which could have been read in a newspaper story on him. It's suspected the killer played Santa Claus at a party or somewhere because JonBenet kept telling people on Christmas eve "I'm getting a SPECIAL visit from Santa tonight." I think she knew her killer and wasn't surprised to see him.

I also heard that another pupil of the dance studio where JonBenet had trained, was assaulted in her home while her mother was also home, but her father was out of town, 9 months after JonBenet was murdered. Does anyone know if DNA was obtained in that case and if it was compared against the DNA in the Ramsey case for a possible match?

Her parents made her a target for a pedophile. I do not know who killed this child But I do think if her parents had not made her look like a common hooker, she may not have been a target. I agree danalynn5150: and we have to remember that John Ramsey was the CEO of Access Graphics and CEOs are in a certain mind-set all the time, always trying to lead the ship in the right direction and appear strong and unwavering no matter what so that others can lean on them - maybe it's a male thing (I have worked with CEOs). I also feel the crime was too heinous and on Christmas no less!! People need to stand back and really look hard at this case and it will be solved.
