First of all the Navy Seals and military command get credit, the pres is just an empty suit that holds the pen to sign off. Obama has no military background and has nothing to do with strategy, and the main fact being that Obama did in fact keep all of the Bush terror policy in place. he tried to put his own in (see General Mccrystal) we all know how that went, then realized Bush's guy Petraeus (the brains behind the successful liberation of Iraq) and let him go to work.

I don't believe either man should get "credit." For one, justice was served, but we should not celebrate a man's death. More importantly, however, is that there has not been a single shred of physical/visual evidence proving the claims of this administration.

It's true that many, or most, are Christian, but conservatism is an ideology and most that claim to be conservatives these days don't even understand what it means. They believe that conservative values are seeded in bigotry and war-mongering (fascism, if you will). True conservatism is rooted in belief in small government - which means limiting the size and influence of the president and military to the original powers.

I think Dems and Repubs in the populus need to re-examine their ideologies because I think at the heart of the issue, Libertarians capture the key ideologies of American liberals and conservatives. The Democratic party is now Socialist, which is an incremental approach to totalitarianism, while the Republican party is now Fascist, the more forceful approach.
