  • Just wondering. What do you have attached to the wall that holds those bands securely while you're doing the reps?

  • @JarheadPatriot0311 It's a door anchor specifically designed for use with resistance bands. If you do a YouTube search for "resistance bands door anchor", you'll find a video that I filmed explaining exactly what the door anchor is and how it works.

  • @modeathletics YOU'RE NASM CERTIFIED? ME TOO :) MUSCLE IS BUILT ON THE ECENTRIC CONTRACTION. COOL EXERCISE REALLY WORKING THE RHOMBOIDS. i LIKE TO SUPER SET WITH ELEVATED PUSH UPS.
