  • yeah I have to give it up to Marco Lala. He really put down some solid techniques. I bought his elbow techniques video and then was like yeah I am getting all of these tapes. Once I had my first real job I bought them all. These sounds like he did some extra voice over since i bought his tapes

  • @mrftube would u like to watch my youtube vids

  • I ordered two of his tapes about fifteen years ago.I saw his

ad in one of the Martial arts magazines.

The ad looked cheap and in black and white.I took a chance and ordered. The videos were about basic and advanced grappling techniques, concepts and

training. After I viewed them each once, I decided to order most of,if not all of his tapes, because I was blow away.

These tapes have the secrets of grappling that other videos don't have, especially the one with all the drills

    in it.

  • @SapperFrank i had these vid before i even knew bjj existed back when i was in tkd.It was good stuff at the time

  • @billysue2 The yellow belt who comes in at about :30 is one of my best friends. I have learned a great amount from him in the last 5 1/2 years. he teaches and trains crossfit now, we got tired of only having each other to fight. I can attest that this is among the best stuff out there. The vids dont dance around the true violence of combat. My broken ribs, and nose... among other hospital trips prove it.. I will always be amazed at the amount of punishment my friend could endure.

  • The last leg lock was cool.

  • I am so using that ankle lock inside of the guard! :-D

  • very impressive
