Finding an editor was a bit of a struggle. I know that there are (a few) freeware editors, but I found a great editor for windows after a long search and comparing called webstract studio. (search google) After playing a while with the demo I bought it for only €25. WOW!!! I seriously can recommend it to others. Just try it. You won't be dissapointed.
@HTMLNoobz Make sure all your webpages(or if you have 1 page) are in the same folder then in that folder make a folder called images, the in that folder add the desired image. After that go to your code and add left angle bracket img src="images/filename"."png" alt="Description for the image if it dose not show for any reason" width="whatever you want" height="whatever you want" right angle bracket . The .png can be .jpg or what ever, if you need any help contact me, hope it helps
