Riley and Zane are PERFECT for each other! The only reason why I watch Degrassi is because of them. Riley has came a very LONG way to accept himself and I love how Zane is understanding to Riley and gives him chances. Other guys would have left Riley but Zane stuck by him--Riley is very lucky! He isn't perfect, just like all of us aren't and he does have his flaws but overall deep down he is a great person . . . . not to mention very hot! I can't wait to see more of "Ziley" in future episodes!

@shancat18 I don't think the writers "make it seem" like Riley makes mistakes. He does make mistakes. He is in his first real relationship. He's learning how to be a boyfriend to someone. All of his friends have had boyfriends and girlfriends before and they've been able to talk about their feelings and ask advice from friends.

This is Riley's first boyfriend and he's asking for advice NOW just like all his friends got to do much earlier because they didn't have to deal with coming out.

All men (straight, gay, bi) are different. There are plenty of straight men who aren't macho or brutish and who love art and fashion.
