  • Amazing playing from Richie. Its hard to put into words how good this is. To play a song straight and convey great feelings without delving into double time, stupid lip effects and corny sentimentality (which the Americans have made into an Art form)- is unbelievably difficult.

    Just remember this also. Richie Cole plays with a lot of edge to his sound. The best way to hear a unique player like him is live. Microphones never seem to fully capture the brilliance and power of Edgy players. 5*
