Marksmanship gives 20% Ignore PDR and 10% HP.
My Black Beauty also gives 15% ignore PDR, so my total Ignore PDR is 35%. Captain Latanica has a 25% Defense Rate, which means I ignore 35% of it, so in the end, I ignore 8.75% of his defense, so then Latanica ends up having 16.25% Defense against me, meaning I do 16.25% less damage on him...
Did that clear things up or make things more confusing for you? o.o

If you max marksman ship, isnt ur pdr 80% then?
