The flip throw in has NEVER been done in international competitions. Probably because it's not that efficient and completely... forbidden.

It's, again, the American way of doing things, like for instance when it comes to making movies: cut to the chase, throw in a few bombs here and there, lots of action, a little bit of tits and you got a movie. Not much brain, just spectacular action.

It's different in the civilized world.
