I used to have a 86 200sx se. Great car but the bushings always gave me problems. I recently got a org brochure from eBay ahhhh memories.

i have a 1986 200sx with a ca20de which is the american version of the silvia i love my car

This car got many engines throughout the world. They were, FJ20E, FJ20ET, CA18S, CA18E, CA18ET, CA18DET, CA20E, and VG30E. North America only got the CA20E, CA18ET, and VG30E. I was called 200SX because of the base 2.0L engine.

yeah but in North america u didnt get the HOT turbo engine. cool car, rear wheel drive and nissan relibility

Actually, all generations of the Silvia is called 200SX outside Asia :P, or 240. But the 240 models was only sold in the US.

They were called silvias in Europe and Australia I think, and the s12 was called a gazelle ni Australia.

in europe, the s12 might have been called silvia in some countries, kinda unsure about that
BUT, s13s are s14s are definitely 200sx labelled

@XenoRacing I've never seen a 2 door s12 in france, but the one I actually owned was a silvia, not a gazelle

@XenoRacing wasn't clear enough, the s12 I had was a hatchie
in the US, this generation of the Silvia is called the 200SX(sorry if I'm being a nerd)
