  • i have a 1986 200sx with a ca20de which is the american version of the silvia i love my car

  • This car got many engines throughout the world. They were, FJ20E, FJ20ET, CA18S, CA18E, CA18ET, CA18DET, CA20E, and VG30E. North America only got the CA20E, CA18ET, and VG30E. I was called 200SX because of the base 2.0L engine.

  • Actually, all generations of the Silvia is called 200SX outside Asia :P, or 240. But the 240 models was only sold in the US.

  • They were called silvias in Europe and Australia I think, and the s12 was called a gazelle ni Australia.

  • in europe, the s12 might have been called silvia in some countries, kinda unsure about that

    BUT, s13s are s14s are definitely 200sx labelled

  • @XenoRacing I've never seen a 2 door s12 in france, but the one I actually owned was a silvia, not a gazelle
