Eight broken ribs on his left side

No, He wasn't wearing a neck holder so whem he hit the wall it snapped his neck. Not a skull fracture. The jerk on his neck separeted his spinal cord. Thats how he died.

It actually was a skull fracture. Specifically, it was a complete ring fracture involving 4 cranial bones (occipital, both temporals, and sphenoid). There was no broken neck and his spinal cord was intact.

He also had 8 broken ribs (left side only), a broken sternum, a broken fibula, and a broken ankle (bone not specified).

Oh yeah, he also had gallstones, and had caffeine and cimetidine (heartburn med) in his system.
