Well, it's not so much that it's VERY loud, it's just that it's quite loud, for quite a long period of time. After a while, your ears get used to the sound, but the roar of the engines are still ringing in your ears well into your attempts to fall asleep.
I gotta know... how loud was it there?
Or is that just the Indy races where you have to worry about that sort of thing?
