God this video had me rolling, never heard a parakeet/budgie speak before, we had one when I was a kid, named "Perry", he used to scale the brim of the light shade, waiting for my grandfather to walk away from his cards, when he did, he'd flutter down, and pick the cards one by one, toss them off the table, and turn his head to the side, I assume to look at them, he was an awesome bird, he passed the same week my grandfather did, we had them buried together.

Most budgies I've seen only copy one person's voice whereas Leon's voice sounds like it imitates two voices: one male who taught him most words and swearing and one female who taught him to say 'so cute'. Btw I've come across a budgie who eats chicken elsewhere. I like this vid cos' the previous one was really dark so I get to see Leon properly here. He's very talented- you must be proud.
