I guess perhaps coz I wasn't "there for Kyuss", but I still really like Kyuss (namely Supa Scoopa, Whitewater and Space Cadet) but compared to Queens I think they have a lot of songs that I never really "got into", whereas QotSA (for some reason) don't really have many "average" songs...they're all great (IMO).

I totally agree. QotSA should have broken up ages ago. It's very ironic that their early songs are so raw and fantastic while the more polished albums loss a lot in translation. They've lost they're roots in a persuit to be more 'original' or what ever they fuck they're looking for nowadays.

For me it all went down hill after Songs for the Deaf. Don't get me wrong I like the newer albums, they're just nothing that really touches me on a deep level. Way too forced.
