1) That's baby Chuck Noris with he eather; did not have his nap, or when he get's a time-out. 2) Iroinicly, 500,000 more people will flock to your city (That did not live there at the time) and due to your killings, your pop will go up by the number dead, in other words, start off with 100 people, kill them all, rebuld, your pop is now 200. Get the picture? 3) Why it's more accesptable to kill 500,000 people in Sim City, but not in the Sims, one sim, is beond me...
