  • i don't understand where the veggies and gravy came from?

  • @ssstrutt The veggies/gravy are in the pan directly below the turkey on the smoker. You can get a glimpse of the set up in one of the still pics about 1:30 into the vid. The pan both catches drippings and serves as a moist heat disperser. (Normal meat smoking usually has a pan of plain water to serve this purpose). Check out Amazing Ribs for more details.

  • Always smoke my Thanksgiving turkey. I actually use indirect heat on a Weber, but would love a true smoker one day. Looks delicious!
