i am so impressed by the turn-key open the can thing! i have never seen that before, but i have never seen corned beef in a can before either.

duh, of course - japanese take-out... the whole canned meat [spam] love over there would include corned beef hash. they look reallly good. i would def try this one.

Last time I ate canned corned beef was with luau pipi, laulau, maui onion, paakai, poke, and poi. It was ono. Havent had corned beef hash in a while but, look forward to making your recipe. Thank you for sharing.

These look so yummy, and easy to make! Funny about the pastry cutter - I use mine all the time to chop cooked potatoes for potato salad, home fries, and for turkey stuffing! I wonder if I have a can of corned beef in the cupboard...

Brings back memories from childhood. We would make a patty and mash a well in the middle then crack an egg in it and bake it until it was set. So good!!

I have corned beef hash with eggs, mostly. A fave is to add it into a scramble. Never done it up in a formal floured and fried patty, though, and I can almost see that evolving into a burger. Maybe with an egg on top..... :-P
