  • anyone notice how the island in the back looks like destiny islands? idk kinda weird dont ya think?

  • @christhekid64

Well FFX was made before Kingdom Hearts. So it's more like, doesn't Destiny Islands look a lot like Besaid Island? But lol seriously it's just a beach with some forests and waterfalls, only a million others like that in any game/fiction.

  • isnt wierd that yuna changes clothes every cutscene and tidus doesnt?

  • I'm sorry but Yuna's voice acting is just horrible

  • They look so cut together!!!!!

I love this ending!!!!! It made me cry for joy.....I'm such a sucker..... :' )

    Tidus <3 Yuna FOREVER!!!!! :3

  • You know, it really must suck to be Titus. I mean, his very existence now is to make her happy. If not for her, he wouldn't exist. He is ETERNALLY BOUND to this woman, lol. I mean, if he loves her it won't be so bad, but let's think about it. He never told her that he loved her back after she said it in the ending of X. He just hugged her, maybe to just comfort her. So, if he doesn't love her his life is going to be torture, cause he can't leave her or he will cease to exist again, lol.

  • @SilverBlade9x: I remember in an anime called Clannad and Clannad After story the two main characters never kissed or hugged they got married but we never got to know how much he loved her until she died when she gave birth (there were no sex scenes) I believe it's how far both of these characters will go to save one another that shows they love each other.

  • @Eternalsummersong Oh, I have no doubt. In fact, I find love stories that don't involve sex or anything to be better, I was just making a joke

  • @SilverBlade9x:Lol! But I don't think any man would not want to be ETERNALLY bound to Yuna she is very pretty and kind. But your comment got me thinking about some anime that doesn't involve kissing and sex to drive the point home to people that the characters are in love. If you love stories that don't involve sex check out Clannad and Clannad After Story.

  • @Eternalsummersong Although love stories aren't something I look for in a story, I'll check it out. I value a great story with twists and the such that will keep you guessing till the very end more than I value anything else in a game/anime/movie/etc. Hence why I really like the Final Fantasy games, and just recently Blazblue

  • @SilverBlade9x: Oh believe me there is a twist in the second season of Clannad After story...I had to take a break for a week before I could watch the rest. Just a warning Clannad After story has made grown men cry and is the ONLY anime that made me bawl like a baby BUT it does have a happy ending...that all I can say. No matter how bleak things look for the male lead it does have a happy ending.

  • @SilverBlade9x: The first season got a bit boring but I was glad I watched it the second season is where the REAL meat of the story lies.

  • I LOVE this ending! What happened to the romance in Final Fantasy?

  • I miss the old battle system and love story lines. They just don't make final fantasy this good anymore =/

  • Who asked you to watch Wakka?

  • i haved always loved the outfits

  • it's like "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw" :) so cute!

  • I wish Tidus could stay dead FOREVER :(

That I would never hear his creepy voice again...

  • @bellriderable his voice is amazing!! :O

  • Rikku's Smokin Hot....Just sayin'

  • Square Enix while making FFX: "Hahaa, you want a happy ending? Sorry, Tidus disappears into dream dust trolololo"

Square Enix sometime after making FFX: "You want better ending and charlies angels Yuna? GIVE US MORE MONEY"

Square Enix while making FFX-2: "Sorry, but to get the actual ending you paid us more money for, you're going to have to complete 100% of this tedious game you wouldn't be caught dead playing in front of your girlfriend!"

And thus began Squeenix' descent into madness.

  • @ZRO2Apophis Square Enix didn't make FFX. It's Square before they reunited with Enix, Squaresoft... But X-2 was made by Square Enix. But I love both of those games!

  • The only reason why I played the hell out of FFX-2

  • Ugh, I sold this game 2 years ago..... I want to play it again, but cant find it anywhere :'( I want to relive this epic game again

  • I never got this ending. Is this the ending you get when you successfully finish a New Game Plus save after defeating Vegnagun and Shuyin for the first time round?

  • @123400Seven you have to press i think the X button when yuna is walking away with everyone in the farplane after the last battle.

  • I love this ending so much. I was SOOOO upset in FFX when Tidus was gone...Then I saw this...I'm like OMG. HE LIVES :DDDDDDD

  • @DragonflyWishing Me too. I consider myself a pretty masculine fellow but I'm a total sucker for love stories. When I finished FFX the ending felt so wrong! All they had been through and still they couldn't be together. The sequel may have not been as good as its predecessor but this ending here was totally worth it.

  • hmm, perfect ending is such a subjective way to put it. i'm certain brother would disagree. and no hogwash about he's happy for yuna to be reunited with tidus, we all know that's b.s. then again it could refer to the end at 3:11 which is a very well done and near perfect end indeed although it's a bit on the cg side.

  • What happened to Wakka's voice when he was supposed to say "Hey! Get a room you two!"?

  • Why is there so many kinds of ending in this game? I've never played any Final Fantasy, but I'm curious. :)

  • Comment removed

  • @LinkLover1994 Also the bad ending is what u get if u cant beat the final boss.....Vegna gun is shot from under the calm lands and the world is destroyed.....lolz got that ending a few times.

  • @LinkLover1994 To get the perfect ending u have to get 100% in the game by playing on both sides of the story. Beating just one side gets you the regular eading and the true ending is what comes after the perfect ending i believe :3

  • That was pretty cool! I've never played the game, let alone beaten FFX, but I do know that Tidus wasn't really in X-2 until this part, so this was a pretty cool ending!

  • Honestly, I'd rock tidus' outfit any day

  • I actually enjoy this game. Yuna was a summoner who always had to do what everyone had to say, or had to do what the teachings said. Now, released from these chains, she can finally let out her free spirit. She can finally have fun, and she is also searching for the man she deeply loves. It will never be FFX, but it's definitely a game worth playing and I love it.

  • No matter how hard the developers may try, they'll never be able to bridge the gap between old school FF players and nex gen FF players. It's like it's taboo to like both old and new.

My personal favorites are I, II, III (NES), XII (PS2) and XIII (PS3/Xbox360). That doesn't mean I didn't like the others, just I didn't feel them on the same level as I did when I first played FF. At least I still have several good things to say about them, as opposed to making a flow chart on why they sucked.

  • I dont really care what some people say i loved this game it had a pretty good storyline and the ending really ties into the first game :D

  • I like how Rikku is completely ignored.

  • what things do you have to do to get it

  • @MrCesarThawk auron*

  • This isn't the perfect ending, this one is the good ending. You can get this one without a 100 % completion, you just have to do certain things in order to get this one. I love this ending though :)

  • This is right after he left the first dissidia game. Out one universe and into another

  • FF13 had the worst story of the final fantasys just to get through that game I took a shot every time they said fal'cie or l'cie fucking cie this cie that gameplay was shit to. FACT

  • @TheGuyver265 the story of ff13 was fuckin excellent FACT

  • @katafadasian ok uhhhh. At no point in time did I say 13s tha best bcuz of graphics. I did say it was better bcuz its on xbox but I was just being obnoxious. Ok 13s story is wayyy better than 10s to me bcuz it made wayyy more sense however 13 sucked balls at tha same time bcuz of linear gameplay and a lack of rpg activites like visiting towns, side quests, mini games and other things. But supposedly they fixed that in 13 2 so it should b wayyy better.

  • @Cookie187569 the story in ff13 didnt make more sense than ff10, you must be pretty dense to not understand whats going on, 10 was better because of better gameplay, sidequests, minigames, music, areas, better monster design and extremely appealing (in my opinion) characters, saying that a game is better just cuz its on xbox is not only obnocious but shows idiocy, unless you were joking which i think not

  • @Cookie187569 saying that 13 is better just cuz its on xbox is not only obnoxious but stupid, also for you to think that ff13's story makes more sense than 10's you must be pretty dense, 13's story was extremely simple...the rest of the things you say i cant argue with

  • @Cookie187569 look, saying that a game is better because its on xbox not only shows that youre obnoxious but also suggests that youre dense. another thing that suggests that youre dense is that you think the story of 13 is better than 10's because it makes more sense...yeah...thing is 13's story is overly simple. i cant argue about the rest of the things you said

  • @katafadasian Hm. I have to disagree about FFXIII's plot being "overly" simple. FFX and FFXIII are both easy understand if you have a proper amount literacy. Also, I'm not trying to be a hater or anything but, I hated this cast. They all annoyed me to hell and I especially wanted Tidus, Wakka, and Rikku (Jecht too if that counts) to die. At least FXIII had a cast I could bear (except for Snow and somewhat Vanille).

  • @Pilarisify Well, the cast thing is clearly your opinion, I loved Tidus and Rikku, Wakka not so much but his voice matched his appearance and character so I didn't mind. Same with Jecht actually. Now on the story part I disagree with you, both of the storys are easy to understand but FFXIII was to me overly simple and predictable while FFX did have a couple of plot twists and revelations.

  • @katafadasian Most of FFXIII's plot couldn't have been predictable since the characters didn't even have a clear goal for half the game, but yes, you could say the overall plot was predictable since it and FFX follow this formula: Main characters fight a widespread problem, useless shit happens, and then they fight a godlike presence and win. Plus, every game with a story has some sort of revelation in it.

  • @Pilarisify All FF games follow this motive because it makes the game exciting. I told you what I thought of FFXIII, you just happen to disagree. The only predictable thing in FFX was that shit was gonna happen and that in the end you would fight sin, but I don't think anybody could predict the trip to the Al Bhed Sanctuary (I don't remember what it's called) or that Tidus was going to fade away

  • @Pilarisify Ew, you like FFXIII more than FFX?

    Epic taste fail thurr.

  • C'mon, you shouldn't bite so hard at a fellow FF fan's preference. There are some people that revile the series as a whole. I mean seriously, doesn't it get a bit old, bashing one FF game just to make another look good? We're lucky the series has carried on this long in the first place, all the way from the good old Nintendo days. If FFXIII wasn't your favorite, that's fine. Play FFX again. Ignore FFXIII-2 and do another playthrough of FFX-2. Live and let live, eh?

  • @LupheXine I'm not bashing FFXIII to make FFX-2 look good. I don't really like FFX-2 tbh, I was just skimming around YouTube and found this. And I think it's okay to hate FFXIII, because it severely disappointed me. After... what, 5 years we got a Final Fantasy with a dumb-downed terrible battle system (and yes, you can just press A to win), a story that makes no sense (that's why it's not predictable, they didn't even know where they were going with it) and the most aggravating characters yet.

  • @LupheXine And on top of that, they decided to make FFXIII-2. I was excited for this as well when everyone proclaimed it fixed all the problems, blah blah blah... but then I play the demo and I realise that it's just the same goddamn thing. They didn't even bother to improve the battle system. Adding a monster that functions the exact same as a character, yet you can't control them, doesn't make it different. Adding QTEs (new 10 years ago, btw) doesn't make it better. Ughh.

  • @LupheXine I hate FFXIII/FFXIII-2 BECAUSE I love the series, btw. People continue to hoover up this shit they've been putting out since, quite frankly, FFX-2 (mayyybe FFXII) and SE are just going to continue making terrible decisions and terrible games (at least where FF is concerned, and maybe KH with the slew of spin-offs and such).

Frankly anyone who thinks FFXIII is the best FF game (at least over the FFs since IV) is an idiot. And yes it's srs business.

  • @warmslurm Funny how you say they dumbed down the battle system in FFXIII when a turn-based one is probably the most idiotic, unrealistic system ever created. At least in FXIII the battles are more like battles and not some overused crap that would be better off as a card game. To be honest, 13 was probably the only one I kind of enjoyed, but that might be because I finally I finally found a FF female who didn't look like a whore or was just made of fail.

  • @Pilarisify "look like a whore"? Way to slut shame there.

And who cares if the battle systems are "unrealistic"? It's a game. At least it equates some sort of strategy to the game (FFX especially, I'd say). FFXIII had some strategy, but not much.

FF females who don't "dress like whores", as you say: Rosa, Porom, Relm, Terra, Celes, Aeris, Yuffie, Quistis, Selphie, Rinoa, Garnet, Freya, Eiko, Yuna, Lulu, Paine, Penelo, Ashe and that rabbit girl. Yeah... that's like all of them. :|

  • @warmslurm I burst out laughing when you mentioned the playboy bunny, but I guess I'll have to state the other part of sentence which was 'or made of fail' which basically states they were weak, stupid, or unappealing to me. I obviously didn't state that all the FF girls dressed like whores which is why I put the word 'or' in there. Also, my real point wasn't that the battle system was unrealistic, but that a turn-based system is in no way intelligent design.

  • @Pilarisify Fine, take Fran off the list. I couldn't even remember her name so I wasn't 100% sure what she looked like. Stating that someone "dresses like a whore", though, be it one or ten, is still slut shaming, whether they're video game characters or real people. Women can dress how they please and it doesn't make them whores to do so.

lol though, Lightning is a good character, but she's nowhere near as dimensional as the rest of the FF girls. A few of them, yeah, but not many.

  • @Pilarisify Garnet is probably the best developed FF female character, for example, and she outclasses Lightning by a long-shot. She's at least the most well-written female character in the series (and probably one of the most well-written characters overall).

  • @warmslurm Well, that depends on what you mean by developed and you saying she outclasses Lightning (whether it be in skills or etiquette) doesn't really prove how developed she is. I mean, Lightning had a ridiculous amount of character development in the middle of the game, but the development of her back story sucked donkey ass. I'll agree that Garnet has a better developed past since it's more than, "My parents died" but that doesn't mean she had better development in general.

  • @Pilarisify Yeah, Lightning does get a lot of character development, but I just don't think the writing in FFXIII was as strong as it was in FFIX. Lightning kind of changed a little bit, but not really... while Garnet did a whooole 180 (while staying true to how she was in the beginning of the game) and it was still completely natural and flowed with the story really well. There was a lot of growth while Lightning had already done most of her growing before the start of the game.

  • @Pilarisify I still like Lightning a lot, though, and it was nice to have another female protagonist in a full-fledged FF game again (not counting FFX-2). It's just too bad I didn't like the game she was in all that much.

  • @warmslurm Mostly before the game? During her time with Hope she changed from hating that little bitch to almost being a pedophile in an about twenty minutes. Her staring at him while he slept didn't really help the situation. Also, her random accepting of everyone by the time they got Pulse. While Garnet is most likely more developed, she's less appealing to me because she doesn't have the sexy eyes and she sort of looks like she's twelve. Plus I love Lightning's attitude. ;)

  • @Pilarisify Well that was the style of FFIX, but I can see why some people don't like it. I wouldn't say Garnet was supposed to be sexy, though (Beatrix kind of filled that role for some, I guess). She's just pretty. Haha.

  • @ignaciofacundo plz man. I had a ps2 slim with final fantasy 10. Stupidest storyline ever game was fun to play but really? U liked the story? R u serious? FF13s story is better to me bcuz it makes since and dosent waste yr time with stupid shit like yr main characters dead but hes not really dead and his dad is a huge monster named sin wat tha fuck seriously. Like a said stupid complicated story. But fun to play.

  • @Cookie187569 the only thing i didnt like about ffx was the thunder plaines challenege, after about three months i finally did it haha

  • @ignaciofacundo Yeah, that was a BASTARD to do!

  • Yuna: "are you real"

    Tidus: "i think so

*OMG she got extremely hotter. How long has it been?*

  • so this game is the continuation is ffx and this is the final and happy ending, ive ordered the game and havent played it yet but now im definitely gonna see it through to the end

  • @katafadasian save yourself the trouble, well i mean if you want to see the best possible ending *this one* go ahead but as for everything else, it sucks. and i played till i got this ending :D

  • @ignaciofacundo that bad huh?

  • @BiGG1837 sorry man but Final Fantasy XIIIis wayyyy better........ Bcuz its on xbox Haaaa!

  • @Cookie187569 graphics dont make the game, best ff games are ffvii, ffvii and ffx, from 12 and after they just ruined the games little by little

  • @katafadasian soooo . . . basically you just haven't liked the last 2. Not really a big deal considering there are 14 of them.

  • @nyethelonelyartist its not that i havent liked them, its that they dont compare, judging only by graphics yeah sure they rock, but the rest isnt as good as the other three i mentioned, also them being 14 is a pretty big issue, because most ff fans have only played from 10 to 14, so yeah the last two being kinda lame is a big deal

  • @katafadasian No, you're right. 13 was a huge disappointment for me. whereas the older ones were so great. My favorite part to the FF series is the story which I thought was FF13's only MAJOR flaw. haven't played 12 so I can't remark that one though.

  • @nyethelonelyartist ff12 is a great game, nice story, amazing areas, very emotional soundtrack and i like the characters too...but what kinda ruins the game is that all the characters have the same abilities and can have the same equipment, in other rpg its vital that you keep the healer alive lets say, but in ff12 everyone can cast equally powerful healing spells and revival and buffs. that kinda makes it boring t play for most people

  • @katafadasian that totally makes sense. I gotta have me mah classes :D

  • @Cookie187569 this poor depraved child, someone please get him a PS2 with the FF - X copy

  • FFX and FFX-2 were the greatest games ever made!!! great story and graphics

  • (Tidus) Whats that in your pocket

    (Yuna) Guns

    (Tidus) 0_0

  • i've never played this game, but is that destiny island?

  • @Badassmario100 Its not lol, its Besaid Island.

  • @Badassmario100 No it is Besaid Island.

  • Such a beautiful ending, unlike the ones from FFXIII-2.

  • ff10-2 got pretty cheesy and eh

  • *Brother runs over Tidus in the water*

    Yuna: TIDUS!!

*Pool of red starts seeping from under the ship*

  • Btw that first clip of him coming out of the water was the ending clip of ffx so it kinda tied it together

  • I almost beat this game 100%. I had that one extra boss in the desert left to beat. He had too much fucking life.

  • wakka and lulu bingbang each other! hahahahaha!! BOOM=BABY!

  • gotta admit FFX and FFX-2 are Great games, however, FF7 still takes the cake.

  • @janelle1231 TO BE HONEST X-2 WAS TRASH BUT THE ENDING MADE UP FOR IT

  • i love the old yuna , old yuna with her monk outfit ....

this yuna just like a whore bitch ...

  • This makes me want to get 100% so much more...! I started and finished FF10-2 before I started FF10... That's becuase I couldn't find FF10.

  • WAKKKKAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

  • back on besaid island oh GOD! not again!!! anything but that fucking island...

lol as a kid, i wasted too much time on that video game lol

    ff10

    that is

  • 12 people don't understand Yuna and Tidus's love in the slightest.

  • I Want this to Become a Moovie C: I Freaakin Love this!!

  • Soo Waait!!! Tidus Caame Bacck Alivee??

  • @xxrawrzmeloveyouxx Tidus was never really dead I guess you could say?? Its hard to explain.

  • @xxrawrzmeloveyouxx If you do certain things in Final Fantasy X-2, Yuna is given the option to see Tidus again, and so he comes back if you choose yes :)

  • have to admit i LOL'd when i saw Lulu and Wakka's baby

  • This game was such a disaster. They should have made a prequel with JECTH, BRASKA and ORIN . That would have been epic!!

  • @MrCesarThawk yea that would have been aweseom

  • @MrCesarThawk If they made a prequel... How can we know if Tidus is still alive? o_O

  • @doggiepuppy579 You didnt get the story of FFX dude. Ill explain it to you. Tidus was already dead ,him and jecht. Tidus was in a lower dimension in the astral plane , which makes sense that orin which was unsent ( dead himself) was able to be and watch over tidus in zanarkand. Bevell and zanarkand destroyed each other with nuclear wars 1000 years before yuna's time. The key to bringing tidus from the astral plane (ghost zanarkand) was SIN. I wanna know how jecht got there without SIN.

  • @doggiepuppy579 So you see SIN had the power to bring tidus from (ghost zanarkand) to 1000 years later yuna's world time. Since jecht had become SIN, he asked orin to get tidus and warped them to yuna's time.(You can see this in the begining of the game). In the end when SIN is defeated you can see tidus starts to fade and go back to his dimension (ghost zanarkand). Because SIN was the link of him being present in yuna's time. So you see tidus was already Dead.

  • Yuna: Are you real?

Tidus: Hahahaha no *throws smoke bomb and disappear*

  • @legendarysparda09 Tidus: NOPE. Just Chuck Testa. -slaps self for saying that-

  • wow wow hold up, i never played this game but in ffx i could of sworn tidus was disapearing and was leaving his friends. now hes back and with yuna?? :O what did i miss out. ( i completed ffx but i couldnt stand playing x-2 )

  • @L2rsSwc In Final Fantasy X-2 if you do certain things right, Yuna is given the option to see Tidus again, and he comes back. I love Final Fantasy X-2.

  • Somehow i ALWAYS got this ending

  • @jonjon123456789ful Except i had the one where they had that party thing where Yuna had the concert and then one where Yuna and Tidus was in Zanarkand (i think that's how you spell it)

  • i hate how everything comes to an end....

  • Hmnn....just noticed but....Kingdom Hearts 2's ending is somewhat really similar to FFX-2's too. Is it just me? D:

  • @LindahsxD with the whole coming out of the sea to the island thing.. yes!

  • Still waiting for my FFX movie...

  • i have played this game like 10 or 20 times and never know there were different endings to it because i always got the same ending. how do you get different endings for this game.

  • This game should have a television show after it. Between FFX and FFX-2 one of the best stories ever.

  • Isn't Wakka's hair... orange?

  • @triforcepower1 He could of dyed his hair.

  • @bombernator Yea but his hair is orange throughout the entire game

  • this was completely fan service...and yet i cry anyway ;_;

  • Damn i want to play this game but i can't... it's horrible!

  • @cronosferatu

Yeah, I know how you feel, but give it a chance, I mean, the game is more open world than X itself, most of the time in X you just kept going forward just like XIII but with less hate :P, this one really gives you total freedom, and you can even finish the game with 40%, skipping so many events as you want, and the sidequests and stuff are good (or not):P.

  • @cronosferatu Lol I have the same. I'm not playing this game because I don't want to ruin my memories of FFX. Just watching the intro gives me the creeps.

  • im very happy that square is going to put this on the vita, but come on, how come they're not going to remake the old ff games for the vita, like 6, 7, or 9?

  • I dont know whether to love the fact that tidus is back cuz the game was crap but one thing is for sure.. I HATED YUNA'S NEW LOOK... -____-

  • What does Tidus eactually say around 2.05-2.06?

  • @Platysoma " Do i pass? "

  • Is Tidus still 17 or is he 19 now? Cause if he fucks Yuna, that makes Yuna a pedophile.

  • @anicfanz44 they are both 19 in this game and i dont think yuna would think about stuff like that.

  • FF started to suck once kingdom hearts sidetracked everyone

  • too bad rikku and paine didn't start making out... that would've been worth the effort of getting 100% xD

  • i cried like a bitch

  • dude i got this ending with ONLY 58% complete but still good job

  • @JoshuaXiong100 go burn in hell dude seriously man.. just ruin the games story a bit more don't you?

  • @Tenjokana

I think Lulu raped Waka like a lil bitch :D

  • Tidus only said "I'm Home" after he hugged Yuna.

I've never played this game, Final Fantasy. I have only culled the Tidus/Yuna love story here and there. That being said, I love it dearly. It is a masterpiece.

  • @Wikipunani The -- in American terms -- the 'abandon' in which Yuna GLOMPS Tidus in this scene. Well, it is unrivaled. That means that it is king for reunite scenes, for all you who don't get the englais.

It is the gold standard, this scene.

  • No justice for Auron.

    I am disappoint.

  • screw the new final fantasy games im all for just the ffx series >D

  • i work my ass off to get this ending 4 years ago 100 percent purely just cause i love final fantasy x so much

  • @MIXEDHUSTLA whats wrong with you?

  • I want to watch a movie of this so then we can watch it in english and analyse how F'n awesome and emotional this whole story is

  • i think im going to cry

  • 1 month later

Yuna: What do you mean Tidus is dead?!

    Brother:Umm...He Fell...Heh...Heh...

  • This might've been a glitch or something, because I got the "100%" ending as I finished with a percentage of 70. :S Still cute though. ^-^

  • i got 2 words for ya youtube and fuck that.!

  • THEY HAVE HOODIES!!!!!!!!!!!

  • So...wait. After all the abusive amount of crap that this game makes you do to get 100% completion, your ultimate reward is that TIDUS LIVES???

    I'm out!

  • would have been horrible, and funny as hell, if when yuna and tidus were running, Sin came out of the sand and ate them. Perfect Ending :D

  • finally they are together :__)

  • They made FFX-2 just to give Yuna a happy ending..
