I watched this movie last night, and I thought it was just a joke, but now that I read the comments and actually understand it, it's pretty good. I did the exact same thing with Sunshine, I watched it, didn't get it, and now it's my FAVORITE Sci-Fi Thriller

Okay, for those of you who want to know the ending, here it is: Justin loses his temper and forces Lo to scour the depts of Hell to find his love, April. April comes back to him and tells him that they can never be together, and that she's not a woman or human. Afterwards, she begins to crawl away from Justin, but when Justin looks back at her and calls her name he sees that April was really Lo. And that Lo's whole purpose for fucking around with him was to see how much he loved April.

Movie about the power of love, and I say that not as a fan of romantic movies or romantic comedies. In fact I often despise such movies, akin to something like that Ashton kutcher and Natalie portman crapfest. But this appeals to horror, fantasy, the musical, and to a deeper part of us. Awesome movie.

I saw the ending coming, but it still punched me in the gut. I havent thought about a movie this much in a while. I just feel like I was in the relationship in the movie and lost her forever. The music was beautiful and so was the simple play sets.

It could have done better with some longer runtime and more developed dialogues to really allow us to immerse in the characters, and smoother transitions between scenes, but a valid effort nonetheless. I could have done without the musical numbers though, but Lo certainly became on of my favorite movie characters.

I was worried that i wouldn't get to see the film due to some technophobic (and geographical) problems. You will be please to hear that due to some concerted pining my friend gave me the DVD for Christmas. I was concerned that I might be disappointed or distracted by any budget constraints however I think that they very much worked in the films favour. I was very quickly drawn in to the story and had my attention held from very early on, no mean feat for what is essentially a duologue. Fantastic
