good job....this looks like a crossfit gym so I should put some facts along with my 2 cents. Until you can do 10 or 15 with strict form I would recommend you avoid kipping pullups at all cost due to the risk of SLAP tears.
Impressive! A little tip from a seasoned crossfitter: Be more agressive at the bottom. Since that's the hardest part, it'll be a lot easier to overcome, let's say 10 pullups. As some of the other guys already said, a wider grip would help you. not because you activate a larger muscle (you're using the "lats" just as much in both ways), but because your joints aren't build to pull the way you're doing it.. keeping working at it, and you might get a "100 strict pull ups" video some day :)
Great work! To get an even better work out try slowing down the lowering part of the pull up by using your muscles to control the downward movement. Also, try to breathe out on the way up instead of holding your breath (notice you said you were light headed at 4) and if need be take a breath whilst pausing at the top and exhale again on the way back down.
6, terrific! And excellent form. You should try chinups next - usually they're a bit easier. Might get close to ten ...? Anyway good luck with fitness and all.
nothing strict about moving your legs up and waving em about whilst trying to do a pull up
