My cousin has reported the same siltation culprits in Russell County and other areas. It is helpful to know about siltation, for one may know of many enviro-problems, but be ignorant of siltation, often a local issue. Being eco-friendly isn't only about reducing greenhouse gases, or getting phylates out of plastic food containers etc!
