@smkingwell Ah, I thought that weigh close to 1700 kg ... if it weighs almost 2000 kg, not bad ... But it could make a little less than about 8 seconds!

@MercedesFUN1 It weighs 1940 kg unladen. I think 8 seconds is pretty good, but this car is more about cruising and mid-range torque

I have 520d e60 2008 and now i am thinking about buying 730d f01. As you know the fuel consumption in 520d is superb, and i have to ask you how is fuel consumption in 730d? My next question is do you have any problems with your car and can you recommend this model?

Why do diesel cars have such low redlines?

@eugenedabeast Because this is the fisionomy of the Diesels,that's why they have a low fuel consumption an great tourque.I mean,a 320d has about 300 Nm at 4000 RPM,and a 320i has 250 Nm at 6500 RPM

@lupul10 diesel engine's have maximum hp at around 4000 rpm and maximum torque at somewhere between 2000 and 2500 rpm.
