I'm glad you like it! I not totally sure about the headbands, as I wasn't in the costume production, I only wore it. :) I'm pretty sure that the costume team made them by hand, I know that the tunics are hand made. I believe that it's made out of a satin tubing filled with stuffing that's wrapped with ribbon. Should take about 2 minutes to put together on a sewing machine.

Interesting... My Synagogue's dance for this song has a similar part to what you fo for "Min HaOlam.." And our chorus also starts with 2 Klezmars. Maybe the dance traveled and changed?
