  • Adorable!

  • Love it, My Grey will only talk to me when I am in the other room, but he whistles for me. He is only 1 1/2, I hope that I can get him to talk for the camera like yours

  • Funny bird. :)

  • Sweet!

  • your bird is so cute n intelligent...enjoyed watching the video!!!

  • She's camera shy, eh? Hehe. Cute video.

  • Kenya is adorable what a nice bird.

  • Kenya sure looks like a sweet Grey!!

Don't ya just love the looks they give you when they want attention?? like they are trying to Woo you into it...

  • By the way, what are the other birdies that are chirping in the background? Our conures sound like that. :)

  • Shes adorable, I love her calling Persia :)

  • cool

  • sweet!

  • Too many people buy Greys without doing any research and end up with disfunctional unhappy birds that don't live past ten years. Check out my "Burd" videos.

Congrats on a happy parrot, an all too rare thing.

  • Yes, the subtitles were definitely necessary. I have a few parrots, one of which is a CAG (Congo African Grey, Maxi who is 6 years old) and they are wonderful companions! It's easy to tell that Kenya is well taken care of and deeply loved! Good job!

  • Definately too many people buy greys without doing any research and end up with disfunctional birds that don't live past ten years. Check out my "Burd" videos.

  • Parrots are a life-long investment. Greys and Amazons can easily run upwards of 1,000.00. I agree, research is important. Learn about the species, food requirements, time requirements and lots of LOVE! Parrots steal my heart everytime! I have had Parrots since 1999. That's not 10 yrs, but doesn't mean they are dysfuntional.

  • the subtitles are a good idea i think.

  • I once heard of a parrot who would call for the cat and when the cat showed up, the bord would laugh. I found that quite amusing.

  • The BIRD that is.

  • WOW! What a cutie! :) Pretty damn smart!

  • xD

  • great

  • Yeah, was that the cat below the parrtot was responding to or something...?

    O_o

  • hahahaha it called the cat..

  • at the end did it go buurglar! and then a burglar alarm?

  • she whisles a "woo woo" sound. This is her happy sound.

  • that is sooooooooo cute!!! love the growl!! :)

  • Love Greys and this one is a beauty. I had one for six years and it died of a stroke (per necropsy performed post partum). I miss her but it's great to be able to watch others' and live vicarioiusly. Thanks for sharing.

  • cute

  • OMG THAT IS JUST ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nothing special

  • funny hehe From this grey's vocab, I can picture what she experienced in this household...definitely there's a lady caring for the grey! :)

  • LOL

  • Nice bird.!!!

  • I love the scary bird growl

  • That's cool. Wish I could afford an African Grey - I have a lovebird (partner died) and all it does is a high pitched squawk!!

  • I have lovebirds too. I have a certain whistle I repeat (shave and a haircut). Well, I noticed after about a year, the lovebirds would whistle the last two notes if I paused. Now, they even respond when the African Grey does the whistle. Give them a chance, they take a long time for training.

  • My budgies don't talk now that i gave mine a partner.

  • That's so cute. I love birds. All my bird can do is call my name and say, "Kupo"

  • More Please!

  • More just posted!

  • This parrot doesn´t speak english very well..

  • please explain your comment. I'm a credentialed teacher and Kenya is usually repeating things she hears from me.

  • I was joking...I only meant Kenya speaks a little low and not very clear..

  • You are right -- that's because the camera was in the other room. She is actually very loud and very vocal until she sees the camera!

  • Oh I got it! She´s shy! Maybe cause she´s begining her carrier..in the future she will demand thousands of dollar just to be present in a party!! Artists...hehehhe

  • the parrot speaks very well...guess you're not much of a bird person

  • P.S. Is that program, "Studio DC10 Media Sweet"? I have that. :-)

  • Cute pet. And a polite talker. "Good Kenya"

  • Great video :D Kenya is so cute!
