I think Pac and Biggie are a bit overrated. I mean, I think they're the most INFLUENTIAL rappers ever, but skillfully, they were alright at best. I believe Eminem is arguably the best when it comes to straight skills. It also pains me to see that NO Nas songs made this list. Ilmatic was undeniably the best hip hop album ever, yet no songs make the top 25. Too much Pac, Biggie. No variety in these artists and shifted too much in one sided view of hip hop. Run DMC, Atmosphere? Too bias.
