He's talking about Vengeance Samples in this bit. I know this to be true because I can point out many of his earlier songs that have completely unaltered Vengeance loops and hits and fx in them. Plus, the songs were released after the Vengeance packs. That being said, I think he lead the way with this sample collection because everybody else was doing this at the time and nobody cared. Thanks to him and others like Sample Magic we have a plethora of sounds to produce with. He's very smart.
