  • Part 1 and Part 2 of this video was very helpful as I am frying my first turkey today (Thanksgiving 2011). Needless to say, I had already purchased and seasoned my turkey with the same marinade prior to finding this video, so I was so happy to see someone else using the same seasonings. Hope mine is as juicy as yours. Happy Thanksgiving
