  • @MsObscurum I'm sorry but what does being calm and being American have anything to do with each other? I'm just wondering

  • Ok so I have pretty light jeans. Will this work on them too?

  • My jeans arent.turning! Lol its been like 30 min

  • im so doing thisss!!!

  • Comment removed

  • df this izh fyyyyyyey

  • Does anyone have any tips for if pants are too big in the thighs?

  • That's a lot of work for jeans that are going to fall apart after a few washes anyway (because of the bleach).

  • @Evange Actually they are still holding up!

  • How much bleach and water did you put in the bottle?

  • your talented but calm down a bit you don't need to be so American

  • I am a HUGE fan and I've been watching for the last 5yrs... Gosh I love it show!

  • what kind of bleach is it? clothing bleach?

  • I love the purple top you are wearing in this vid at the beginning and end. Did you make this?

  • I love this video! This shows me what I always wanted to know. My jeans are ALWAYS too wide at the waist, I'm going to turn some cheap jeans into perfect fitting jeans now thanks to you!!!

  • I'd rather just but new jeans.

  • Hahaaa shes doin too much

  • Gah! you people are soo dumb! If you don't know how to bleach properly, LOOK IT UP! you have a computer! It's called Google!

  • Great Tutorial! I love the skinny jeans.

  • @DrBonesPhD You have some serious bleaching skills! You should totally start an Etsy or your own website and sell them :] I'd buy one!

  • literally every pair of my pants are too long.

  • I WON'T CUT MY PANTS!!!

  • Cool vid! A good way to "slice" your time in half is to use one of those push up n down razors, lol, to take the stitches out! It goes sooo much faster!

  • How did that guy make the bleached skeleton hoodie? I want one :D

  • @AriannAvalanche Lol, I'm that guy.

I made it using chopsticks and bleach, just started painting.

  • the pants are good but wtf was up with the wall pose?

  • You Could do all that. Or you Could but some New Pants,,,

  • @victoriaanoza

Or you could save a shit load of money on stupid expensive pants and do this

  • @JessicaJigsawful not if you go to the thrift store or Ross and get that shit for $10 bucks or less. duh

  • miss you guys!

  • im glad these videos arent deleted

    haha i still watch em!

    xD

  • Hes not wearing his hat :[ its not the same anymore :[

  • What kind of bleach do they use? >M<

  • I (yes, stupidly) bleached a pair of stretchy jeans that weren't 100% cotton, so it came out like light spots, instead of turning them white, (which put holes in my pants) and totally stretched out my jeans too. now i have to do the whole hemming thing just so they fit me.. lol

  • i love what u did with the jeans!!!!!!!!

  • could anyone link me or explain how those steampunk enspired tops were made at 3.00 ? would love to try it out myself.....

  • @blondechi The steampunk tops were done with stencils.

  • @PunkyPenguin what was sprayed on though? just wondering what type of 'paint' you'd use and/or how to fix it, so it doesn't get washed off when you wash your clothes

  • @blondechi Wow you really are blonde, did you not notice that everything in this video was done with Bleach?

  • Hmm, I did this but no success! Wahh! My jeans were faded but it didn't have the cute accents on them, it just looks white with a little blue but it doesn't look cute like those jeans! Ergh! I'm going to try again if I find some other old jeans.

  • how do you do a double turn hem ?

  • Embroidery scissors work just as well when taking out the seams.

  • just be carefull when u bleach...NO BRUSHES!the bleach destroys the brush...so just use chopsticks or similar things..

  • @lostchild94raf What do you mean "NO BRUSHES"

Experimentation, Disposable brushes, Don't dip the brushes in too far (to the glue) or the bleach eats the glue.

Chopsticks work for basic lines, but CAREFUL they drip a lot, so it you want a clean non-drip painting its wise not to use chopsticks.

  • @PunkyPenguin well i tried to make a little bleach-drawing on the bottom of my t-shirt and the only thing that left from my brush is the stick:S

  • @lostchild94raf Again it all matters on the type of brush as well.

Soft hair brushes are a no-no, I find that nylon filament, or Taklon, multi-diameter polyester works best.

Also again make sure not to dip your brush too deep into the bleach, as it will eat away at the glue holding the bristles together.

  • @PunkyPenguin ok ok...thnx

  • yup...that is true 4 me almost all of the jean I buy are too long unless i get petite...

  • Seriously great :) works seriously well!! And it's a great way to get awesome fitting skinny jeans if you have trouble finding the right fit :)

  • Doesn't having the back pockets so close look weird?

  • IN WHAT WORLD ARE THOSE BLACK JEANS FADED???

  • Comment removed

  • @megalouie1994 Obviously not yours.......??

  • i love this!!

  • I know this prob sounds really stupid but how do you bleach paint? Do you make a stencil er just litterally paint the bleach on?? o.O

  • so awesome, i miss the golden days

  • Hey my skeleton hoodie was featured at 3:02

    Sweet deal, free exposure.

  • @PunkyPenguin as a fellow artist, I am amazed, and reaaaallly wondering.. how the fuck did you do that? Did you paint the bleach on with brushes, did you do it all at once, or in layers?

  • @dietcokequeen All at once with not brushes but chopsticks.

  • Hey threadbanger :] So my jeans are the perfect size at the waist but the butt if the jeans are too big. How do I resize them in??

  • SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME ! LETS SAY I HAVE BLUE SKINNY JEANSS.... AND I WANT TO BLEACH ONE PANT LEG , ...how do i keep the pant leg still blue but a lighter shade?!

  • @tHEEjERkk Just bunch and spray one leg lol

  • @tHEEjERkk just dilute your bleach at a higher rate... duh.

  • omg i love how u ppl do this kind of stuff i rily need too kno more about skinny jeans . . .

  • we use the bleach to bleach the jeans. u mean bleach as in the cleaning thingg?

  • @iiWACKU yep :)

  • I love all of your projects :) they give me so many ideas and help me lots.

I was wondering if you have any place with the photos of most of you projects, because my internet is really bad so Id like somewhere to see the projects before looking at the video :)

  • I feel like that girl(from the end of the video), right now. I just started watching your videos about 2 hours ago, and I can't stop watching. x] Sooo many things I could make, once I learn to sew. lol

  • OMG THEY DID THAT TO MY JEANS 0.0

  • ohhh. i will have to try this, this is bad ass.

  • when she says bleach.. is it like normal kitchen bleach? or a spesh fabric dying product???

  • @hezzamcezza1 , ive done it with clothing bleach :).

  • @hezzamcezza1 more likely they used regular bleach. say you like where your bleach work is at, douse it with a vinegar/water solution to stop the bleachin process. look it up, there's tips to bleach.

  • the one @ 4:06 is that sushi??

what the heck with 4:29 ??? lol

  • Threadbanger is awesome and I am sooooo pleased that you have done this! Been trying to work out how to take in the waistband correctly on my jeans for ages! Keep it up!

  • I have three pairs of jeans waiting for sewing and cutting, but I am saving money for new sewing machine, as sewing machine I have can not sew fabrics like jeans :)

  • I'm addicted, too. I'd love to see some kind of really simple stuff, because I'm making a movie and have a low budget for clothes! lol ty!!!

  • how did you know how much to bring the width of the jeans in? i guess my question is similar to another commenter who asked about jeans that are too baggy in the thights/legs --- how do you know you're not making the jeans too tight, or keeping them too loose?

  • what about guys?

  • I can't get over how cute your pins are!!! I see them every time you make something and I wish I could find some!

  • REALLY LOVE IT!!

  • ok herees my deal, i have a pair of jeans that fit me great in the waist and in the length! but they are too baggy and i want to make them slimmer where should i start? should i start at 1:06 or do i have to seam rip the jeans?

  • i love threadbanger, but corinne looks idiotic when she's modeling

  • @bradleasays you mus be kidding, she is so cute when she models...

  • Comment removed

  • Hey threadbanger!!

I have a load of old, broken or discoloured hoodies with a zipper in the front. (Damn... what are they called again?)

What can I do with them?

    Thank you so much!!

  • brilliant, my pants have been getting too big! I miss you threadbanger... I'll come back when I have more time!

  • Nice project! I'm glad to see that Rob's back. I've noticed that more vids are uploaded regularly when he's there. Hope to see more great vids!

  • id like to c another tshirt recon vid!!

  • COOL

  • anyone knows where i can find thos pencil styled short jeans for men? kinda like capris but really tapered? PLS HELP!

  • SOOOOOOOOOOO!!...

gonna do that to my jeans...

    Thanks for the video!!!

  • Yep, being 4 ft. 6 in. tall and a size 5 doesn't help when trying to search for pants. I don't mind the rolled up look, but I've been doing a few interviews for news stories lately and I don't think the rolled up jeans look is appropriate sometimes. Thanks for the tute, maybe I can look more professional wearing jeans. :p

  • I wanna know how to make that blue shirt Corrine has on.

  • I love Your shirt/top Corrine!!! Did You make it Yourself?

  • corinne is looking thinner, cute!

Prom is less than a week away, I have my dress but is there anything else I could do to spiff up my hair or shoes?

Anything I could do with old gift cards? I've collected tons of them for no reason. I think I just like plastic O.o

Andddd anything to do with jeans that are far too big to simply size down like this?

  • What about belt loops?

  • yaya rob!! we haent seen him in so long!!

  • That is a great i like it

  • This tut is great because I am really short, with short legs, a big but and a thin waist so not a single pair of pants fit me well. I love this! I am also going to experiment with bleaching (:

  • this is great..looks hella cute:) ...do u guyz think u can make a vid showing how 2 turn a t shirt 2 an off the shoulder top? :)

  • you betta WORK!

    *finger snaps

  • i always have to tailor my jeans because i'm short and have small legs. i've never been this dedicated at taking apart jeans though! i usually just match up the side seams and cut off the excess that way, even though it's a faux pas, i never generally have the issue of the seam turning in a direction. and why not just overlock your seams instead of using a pinking sheer? *however you spell that*.

  • acid washed jeans are gross

  • you're gross!

     jk

  • Awesome! You look great Corinne. My boyfriends got a lot of mens dress shirts he doesn't wear anymore. Any ideas for things I can make I'm issues with the fabric being too inflexible.
