We have two craft breweries withing driving distance of Belleville, ON: Churchkey outside of Campbellford and Barley Days in Picton. A bit of a drive, but worth the quality.
For now we're stuck with foreign-owned monopoly The Beer Store and some good beer available at the Provincial liquor store outlet.
We very much need beer sales in grocery stores like other progressive jurisdictions. Then the craft brewing industry will thrive.

I just find it funny when dudes who have lost the hair on their heads try to make up with it by having some ridiculous attempt at facial hair. My beard is thick and lush just like the hair on your wife's back. And no thanks on the Coors. I don't let anyone tell me what to drink be it Adolph Coors or the pompous a-holes in this video.

@dirtybax No, Im a craft beer drinker. I dont have tattoos, piercings and facial hair. I think that some people like the ones in this video just drink it bc its not "Main Stream." trying to be trendy hipsters and such. They turn drinking good beer into a political/ anti corportation agenda, or just sell it that way to better there corporation.

@outdoorkunu No, it's just that in case you haven't noticed the people with tattoo's and piercing tend to be a lot more open minded free thinking then others. They are more willing to look past the BMC marketing hype and monopoly stronghold they have on the market and actually try new things. If you haven't noticed PBR is the trademark drink of the hipster set, would you consider that a craft brew?

Perhaps, just maybe, the hipsters are drinking craft beer because it's trendy. But that's how trends work. Some people start doing something and word spreads and other people do it too.
I drink craft beer because its astronomically better than BudMillerCoors. But if you want to drink it to be popular or whatever, have at it. I don't care what their reason for buying it is, but they are buying it and supporting small breweries.

I am a Craft Beer Drinker. My faveorite is Sammys(Samuel Adams). Beer is supposed to be flavorful and elegant. It's supposed to balanced and delicious. Don't settle for fake, watery beer. Shout out to all the other craft brewers. Take Pride in your beer.

Look, I totally love craft beer, but I find this video a bit cheesy. The reason why the craft beer scene is so good is that it flourishes on the back of quality and word-of-mouth, not pseudo-poetic, cello-drenched wish-wash that is indistinguishable from the kind of ploy a commercial macro producer would probably employ. This is just unnecessary in my opinion.

hey why wasn't I asked to be in this? I noticed mostly mid-western and west coasties in this vid.
What do we have to identify ourselves as "craft" beer drinkers? Isn't beer drinkers good enough? Craft beer IS beer! By segregating ourselves we're looking elitest. That's not inviting to the BMC crowd.
The message of this video is "I drink good beer, everyone else drinks shit". What makes the shit drinkers (and brewers) want to change their ways after hearing that?
