  • Damn, I wish they never head left GT1

  • @osirisvb I think the biggest reason they left was lack of competition from other race teams due to the economy. Hopefully one day GT1 class will return.

  • @aqinthe Yeah thats true, I heard that being one of the main if not the most pivitol reasons they left. But then again I was watching GT1 racing on youtube the other day and I saw enough cars in there Lambo/ Ford/ GTRs/ a good mix.. oh well whats done is done.

  • Good teamwork.

  • wow its funny to me as a big F1 Fan to see how slow the pit stops are in the

    Le Mans series

  • @zk92000 it's just because of the rules for how to do pit stops is why there so slow

  • funny how NASCAR is too retarded to adopt this type of jacking system, it's obviously superior

  • @Nizm0350z nascar isnt retarded lol they just do things old-fashioned ways for sport, the same reason they run a fucking carb. and 15 inch tires with 800 hp lmao... but whats funny is that a NASCAR pitstop is faster than every other except a select few. def. faster than this even if they wouldnt have had the problem...

  • @ninjafatballz What problem?

  • @Nizm0350z Seriouslt stupid comment.

  • Yes, one after the other

  • Im not really into Le Mans, but why don't they jack up the car and change the tyres while the drivers change and the car get's refuelled? Is it the rules that say that can't do it?

  • @dude2106 I'm not an expert on ALMS but I do watch it quit a bit. I believe they wait to jack up the car after the refueling is done for safety. Static carge can build up if the car is jacked up and being fueled. I think I'm sure someone will come along and tell me I'm all wrong but I think that is close.

  • @aqinthe Well that could be a quite good explanation. Since refueling is a quite dangerus moment in racing, and accidents with whole pit crews on fire have been seen before. And that probably not the most fun place to be in. Even though they have fire resistant suits. :)

  • @dude2106 Thanks. I'm not sure if that is the exact reason but it's close. I'm sure you know how dangerous a pit fire can be but type 'F1 pit fire" into You Tube and you will see a few scary examples. A pit fire is not a place I would like to be.

  • @aqinthe yeah i have seen that one actually :) it is really scary to watch.

  • great vid! corvette team is awesome

  • great vid .what a car !! i was there in 2009 ,superb racing .

  • Just hands down the best looking racecar in ALMS.....

  • @fighting17chicago hands down the loudest car in ALMS. i love it

  • what a car !!!

  • what lifts the car?

  • air presure lifts the car

  • @TheWebhoschi how did the car lift

  • @enjoi543 yhere are jack in the bottom of the car that are pushed doewn when air is pumped in...

  • @Redfnag258 o wow that's cool!

  • @YUBU8 The car has it's own jack built in. There is an air jack on each corner that raises the car when the crew member attaches the hose to the right front fender at 0:55

  • @YUBU8 built in jacks, that push down as the pressurized airhose is attached

  • @YUBU8 You see.. the driver has a secret floor hatch that he pulls open. Then, he pushes his feet as hard as he can on the floor to lift the...Oh wait a minute, that's the Italians... ;)

  • this should kick some ass its great even stock

  • the sound of a C6R corvette sounds so nice when it speeds away

  • Great crew!

  • Great video!

Sounds great as he exits the pit!

  • my fave part is when they disconnect the air jack sick tech on these cars

  • great shot.
