It's a certain tool/texture in the CoD5Radiant (I map for CoD2...). Caulk is a texture you use to make your map, they're invisible yet colliding (as in, you can not walk trough 'em.). I hardly use the Caulk Shadow tool, but as far as I know it is used to block the lighting.
