your backwards on your stable system!!! but all else looks ok but servos are very sticky so I would open up if they are good servo's and grease or if they are TP get diffrtent ones

thanks for the video. I also got an Scorpion 1400kv. What flight time are u getting with the sookum / scorpion combination ?
