i got an nvidia 260 and no matter what the motion blur only happens when i move the camera but never when characters move. did you mod your's or is there something im missing?

The motion blur effect is added in later in editing, it's not possible in-game with mods. Valve would have to add it in themselves.

Yep, just open up the population.txt file and change each other zombie type to 0. So where it originally says 10 10 10 10 15 15 15 15, you change it to 0 0 0 0 25 25 25 25, where each Teletubbie has a 25% chance of spawning. Then just go through the whole thing editing each one.
