She says "Gym-Kata" as she does it, which is another movie reference to a film of the same name, where-in a gymnast is tasked with fighting off ninjas or something for some reason using his gymnastic skills as a martial art. If you love laughing at old movies of dubious quality, you might want to look it up.

You guys should release this on the PC through Steam. The PC could use an awesome fighting game and MS is going to start allowing PC players to play 360 players soon if they can't already. Also, as has been noted by about a billion devs who tried the consoles first, Steam generates a lot more revenue in a lot of cases. A fighting game should do well on consoles though.
