Are you still using FrontRow? You might take a look at nessViewer... and with "NV Remote" the media (center) of nessViewer can be controlled by your iPod.
@kocj22 on the back of the Vizio there are different plugs. HDMI, RGB and others. What i did, i plugged the HDMI to the computer and then bought a HDMI to Mini DVI. Run the mac mini with the Vizio as the monitor and you should be good to go.
