  • Great job considering no tripod. Can you forward specific measurements of ingredients? Thanks.

  • worst explanation video ever, hummm, haaa, etc, and dont show when and ho to put honey and oats, sorry.

  • It is the first time I saw soap being made this way. I hope there is another way to test if the soaqp is done other than using a tongue! Yikes!

  • its easier to add your liquid oil to your unmelted oils it helps to transmit heat from your crockpot to your unmelted oils

  • thank you for this wonderful video

  • hey can you tell me how much you need of each ingredient?

and where u found these recepies

    thanks

  • You mentioned using gloves, long sleeves, goggles.. when using lye.. but you used neither! :) lol

Thanks fr a great video though

  • actually for mixing the lye and distilled water i did, i realize that i didnt use gloves for mixing the lye solution into the oils, but i did have long sleeves and my goggles on, but its up to your comfort level. I really just didnt want someone to try to make soap and not realize how caustic lye can be. it can be very dangerous. Thanks for watching! :D

  • oOoOh! IIIIInnnnntttterrrreeeesttttiiiinnnggg! i might have to try this sometime. but not any time soon, lol! i ordered some stuff from MR...just stuff to make my balm and my tincture and it came to 50bucks!! i can imagine how much you spend on making these!!

  • shhhh its my dirty little secret lol...its an obsession...i have to keep myself from going on their website when i dont have any money lol

  • Wow I am so glad you made this video!!!!!!!

  • Quick Q: If we don't have that special mixer you have what else will work? if anything.

  • um...im not sure...stirring maybe but itd be alot fo stirring...or maybe a hand mixer...w/ the wisk attachment?

  • Alright cool thanks. I don't mind how long it takes. It's an art and all, ha ha.

You're talented. You must of aced Chemistry! lol.

    )O(

  • your welcome. i loved chemistry! :D lol thanks for watching!

  • I am definitely going to have to try this! Thanks for posting. :)

  • My dog would most likely eat me for supper If I ever made soap that smelled like Oats and honey. ;)

  • your dog? lol whys that?

  • @isabellasgoodness Well If I smelled Like Oats and Honey she would look at me as food. :)

  • lol

  • This is great! I really have wanted to know how to do this! I've always been alittle cautious because I know about the lye dangers; but I'm guessing as long as I'm REALLY careful and don't leave a bunch of exposed skin, it should be okay. Cold process seems easier if you're wiling to wait, but WOW I had no idea it took it that long to cure. Crazy!

  • i know! im too impatient to wait...but now that i have some made maybe i can...lol yeah i didnt get goggles or anything, just a sweatshrit and dishgloves and big sunglasses lol. its so much fun really...the possibilites are endless

  • I want to try this! Thanks for sharing. =]

  • Whew! Looks like some work...but worth it! Great video...thanks!!!!

  • absolutely some work, but so fun! :D thanks for watching!

  • I so have to learn how to do this :) So much fun.

  • it really is fun! im thinking of having my stepdad make me some cool wooden molds and start doing cold process soaping too. sooo cool! :D
