Is the singer on this one still the guy from Pink 69? If so, he sure kicks ass. It looks to me that it's him. Great album. "Next Profundis" is without question the best track on this album. This and other songs are fantastic as well but the construction of that particualr song is out of this world!
@micanut48 Yep it's him on this album, but this was the last album that he sung in, sadly.underworld gus monsanto sang. And on archangels in black christian palin sang. They don't have a singer atm, but I have a feeling the next one will fit the band perfectly. On the 2010 AIB tour they hired Mats Levén (swedish singer , has worked with Therion and Yngwie Malmsteen). I would be overjoyed if you where to sing on their next album, because he's just a really great singer.
I'm not American, I'm finnish. And yes, I had to order this album, it wasn't too expensive, shopping fees and everything else totalled at a little over 30 Euros.

@theextremist: Definitely sweeps. I think I saw a video somewhere where he did it with a combination of his thumb (going down) and fingers (going up). Something like that.
i've never heard anything like that played on a Bass and it sounds like swees but i'm guessing he's using his fingers? That guy is so much better than any other Bassist i've heard
