i played D2 and D3 baseball in college and as a junior i was benching 350 for 1 repping out 500 on squat and 550 on deadlift with good form since i also did powerlifting contest in my off season for strength and my D3 school was lucky to have a trainer let alone a strength coach i did it all on my own...goes to show u that D1 schools aint always what they seem to be..sure they may be very good players but wen they fuck themselves up in the weightroom....yeah

its called max out your not supposed to have to have the best form on it obviously none of us are in the weight room enought because we are sitting on the computer.... And there coach should not be fired they have one of the best hitters in the nation.

I don't think your knees should go in like that on th way up. Also they might want to consider lowering the weight to more exosive on the way up. Instead of going down fast and up slow.
