  • i played D2 and D3 baseball in college and as a junior i was benching 350 for 1 repping out 500 on squat and 550 on deadlift with good form since i also did powerlifting contest in my off season for strength and my D3 school was lucky to have a trainer let alone a strength coach i did it all on my own...goes to show u that D1 schools aint always what they seem to be..sure they may be very good players but wen they fuck themselves up in the weightroom....yeah

  • This is one of the worste workouts I've ever seen for any sport but especially baseball. Absolutely pathetic. High school weightlifting class. Their strength and conditioning coach should definitely be fired. This workout is easy, non-productive, and dangerous.

  • its called max out your not supposed to have to have the best form on it obviously none of us are in the weight room enought because we are sitting on the computer.... And there coach should not be fired they have one of the best hitters in the nation.

  • this is some of the worst squat form I've ever seen...their strength and conditioning coach should be fired for letting them do this much weight when clearly none of them are strong enough to do it properly...the only guy who comes close is at 2:30...everyone else was gross...

  • I don't think your knees should go in like that on th way up. Also they might want to consider lowering the weight to more exosive on the way up. Instead of going down fast and up slow.
