BUT, the more I look at this PUMA based on its urban application, the better I think the idea actually is.

The average car only has one occupant , this carries 2 and you can park 6 PUMAs in the space of ONE regular car and get 2PUMAs side by side in each car lane!

It will go 35 miles at 35-mph for miles about 35 cents worth of electricity.

Why not new smaller urban vehicles AND bikes? Both solve a lot of transportation, safety and pollution problems problems, and makes a better combo than (traffic + PUMA) or (traffic + bikes).
