He is a chef. He works at a profesional restaurant.
There is LITERALLY no room for error. Or you can get fired,
Gordon wants to help these people get discipline and order back in their kitchen. And if some of them are un-organised rambling assholes who don't work with their colleagues, someone has to say something about that because in the real world, they wouldn't survive.

Ramsay was looking for a leader to run their own restaurant in the finals. The cooking wasn't as important at this point. Keith was the inferior leader, and his attitude stunk pretty badly. You can easily look at his body language in every episode and how he hardly shows respect when chef is speaking. How he rarely looks him in the eye and looks all over the place when he's talking to him. Keith ended up taking everything personal and just didn't get the big picture.
Yah that Keith guy was a prick. I think he should've kicked him off the final round chef assistence based on what he said to him and Virginia should've won Hells Kitchen.
It's not like Ramsay would be so fricken obvious about it, and on national television, if he had something for Virginia. Virginia wasn't as bad as people made her out to be, she just seemed incredibly dumb due to her personality and people disliked her for that, I know I did. He knew Heather was gonna win in the end, and this ending made better(more dramatic) television.

Ramsay was looking for a leader to run their own restaurant in the finals. The cooking wasn't as important at this point. Keith was the inferior leader, and his attitude stunk pretty badly. You can easily look at his body language in every episode and how he hardly shows respect when chef is speaking. How he rarely looks him in the eye and looks all over the place when he's talking to him. Keith ended up taking everything personal and just didn't get the big picture.

It's not like Ramsay would be so fricken obvious about it, and on national television, if he had something for Virginia. Virginia wasn't as bad as people made her out to be, she just seemed incredibly dumb due to her personality and people disliked her for that, I know I did. He knew Heather was gonna win in the end, and this ending made better(more dramatic) television.
