I bumped into this dude at the convention! For a short nanosecond, I actually thought it was David Tennant. I complimented him on his costume, and his Dalek.
It's the catchphrase of Naruto from the series with the same name. Most of the time, he'll attach "dattebayo" or "-tebayo" to the end of his sentences. "Dattebayo" has no real translation.
Is he the same guy from Comic-Con 2007?
