No, but you can use short sticks in training instead of knives to save "wear and tear" on your partners. There is finesse involved in using a blade, and these guys have it. I will keep training all my life to become half as good as they are.

Hi Sky, it is a way to deliver a powerful backhand, like in tennis with two hands. He's just not delivering the power shot.
