yea you dogged it out on the launch and then has the worst clutch release ever from 1st to second and proably burnt 10k miles off your clutch. you retards need to learn you dont drop the clutch you let it out at a slid steady pace..and thats how you get a good launch.

@mustang4sho It's a hard car to launch properly. The engagement point on the clutch is very small and right at the top of the pedal travel. I can guarantee you would struggle too.

@nbor101 agreed nbor. The clutch on my neon srt4 was the same way. The point of being fully engaged to fully disengaged was about an inch of movement on the clutch pedal, and it was right at the top. Both of the srt4's have a learning curve, they are a bit different, but a hell of a lot of fun. And yes, very difficult to launch properly. Torque steer was a bitch on the neons too

Actually it's better for the clutch to be dropped than let out slowly.

But not for everything else.

The slower you let it out, the more it slips and burns. If you drop it, its not going to slip and burn at all...

you need some more throttle and less clutch off the launch, that thing has a lot of torque i believe so you don't want to floor it as soon as its moving but you wanna hear a chirp and then evenly lay on the throttle pretty hard...and with a car that has that much power you can chirp your 2nd shift and probably 3rd, i chirped 2nd in my stock Sentra Spec V

i have an '09 csrt4 w/ms1 and that cant be a stage1 because he'd be spinning 1st alot harder and getting wheel spin even in 2nd. must be a recall reflash. sounds great, tho! if you dont have ms1 by now...get it!!!

There was a sticker under the hood that said, "The Following Modifications Have Been Done:" and written underneath it was Reflash PCM.

I have a call out to find out what it meant and I'll post back what they say.

No changes to the engine/chassis. Just made a few things standard inside and redid the seats with suede inserts.
