I just started a job posting for companies to houses in england. So I'm walking about 70,000 steps per day - 12 blisters on my feet after 2 days though.
Walking truly does work. I lost like 10 pounds from walking and doin a few exercises before I went to bed. Plus walking is really good for your stress level and a lot of other things.
not only do I have to walk 10k step or 1hour of walking but I got to do it like I'm on a type rope...I don't think so, I find it hard enough to walk due to my painful knee, so i'll walk my way, moving I think is the key gee put rules on everything including walking...
Walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side.
Walk your max without the worry of not being able to make it back due to fatigue. When you reach your maximum walking/jogging distance, just bicycle back. Adding bicycling to your walking fitness program provides a more diverse exercising routine.
It’s for the walker who wants to increase their walking distance.
However, since I've been working from home and have been more sedentary, my weight has gone up by about 12 kilos :P I really need to start walking again.

i walked/jogged 12km my 1st day and then took a day off and today did about 4 hours of walking or so. i didn't know we suppose to take it slow.

walking does work. I used to walk to work (about an hour) and lost about 7 kilos. (went down to about about 145 pounds)
